Frequently asked questions
Why would I need multiple QR codes?
For most events, a single code is enough — put it on screen, on badges or on flyers. Multiple codes make sense for multi-day events or ones with distinct zones (e.g. day 1 conference, workshop, corporate gala). Photos still land in the same gallery; you filter by moment from the dashboard (Premium).
How long does activation take?
Under 2 minutes. You create the event, pick the package, pay by card and the first QR code is ready.
What happens if I exceed the storage?
We show you in the dashboard how much you've used (live percentage). You get an automatic email at 80%, 90% and 100%. If you approach the limit during the event, you can upgrade to Pro/Premium straight from the dashboard, with one click.
How long do you keep the photos?
Basic: 30 days. Pro: 90 days. 3 days before expiry we email you a ZIP download link. After expiry the photos are permanently deleted.
Can I moderate photos before they appear in the gallery?
Yes. Choose between auto-approval (they appear instantly), manual moderation (you approve them) or no public moderation (they stay in your dashboard).
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, fully web — no app to install. Guests scan the QR, the page opens in the browser, and they pick photos or take a picture with the phone's camera.
Can I add the event logo?
Yes, both on the upload page and on the Live Wall. The Pro package also allows custom colors.
